The suppliers behind the work

A renovation is only as good as what goes into it, and most of what goes into it is ordered months before anyone sees it in place. The cabinetry, the stone, the tile, the lighting and the hardware all come from separate suppliers, on separate lead times, and they have to arrive as one coherent room.

Working with suppliers we know makes that predictable. It means knowing what a material actually looks like outside a showroom, what it costs over the life of the room rather than on the day, and who to call when a delivery slips and the sequence has to hold.
